A set of BREEAM criteria has been developed as an addendum to the BREEAM 2011 New Construction scheme, which is specifically adapted for use on simpler buildings. Due to be available from late February, the simple buildings criteria set has been produced in response to feedback from industry and government on the need for a proportionate and cost effective approach for less complex buildings.
