Large Power PV Water Pumping System

 

The 'Large Power PV Water Pumping System' has been developed to improve the efficiency and longevity of large-scale water pumping systems that are powered solely by solar photovoltaics (PV). This is achieved through use of the integral 'Passing Cloud' algorithm which analyses system data to identify and manage transient drops in PV power generation to enable an entirely PV powered system to meet water pumping demands and reduce the number of incidents of abrupt pump shutdown which causes wear and tear on the pumping system from hydraulic shock, and on the electrical system from overvoltage or surge current.

Large Power PV Water Pumping System received its Statement of Verification on 16 December 2019 (Verification Number VN20190040).
