SYNTHOS, takes its name from a combination of two words of Greek origin: sunthesis, from suntithenai, meaning ‘place together’ and orthos, meaning ‘straight, right’ (as defined by the Concise Oxford English Dictionary). The name reflects the company mission i.e. to manufacture and supply its clients with chemical products and solutions for further processing, thus contributing to the development of every client’s business. The name also reflects the nature of the Company’s operations, which is chemical synthesis.

Synthos S.A. operates two manufacturing sites: Synthos Dwory 7 Spółka z ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością spółka jawna, which has its registered office in Oświęcim and Synthos Kralupy a.s., which has its registered office in Kralupy, in the Czech Republic.
