Building LCA software provider eTool is integrating BRE’s building LCA method, IMPACT , into its web-based building LCA app, eToolLCD.

When completed, eToolLCD users will be able to assess the embodied carbon and other impacts of their building design using BRE’s highly regarded LCA method and data.

Alex Bruce of eTool said:

“IMPACT Compliance means eToolLCD users can earn two credits in BREEAM New Construction UK where data is submitted to BRE and up to 6 credits in BREEAM International – we see this as a great way to promote eToolLCD into the UK and European market.”
